Terms

Plain terms for a custom piece.

What you are buying

A digital artwork made to order from the words or photo you give us: a zoomable world delivered as a web page with a private link. It is made for you and does not exist until you order it.

Choosing the first picture

We paint three first pictures and you choose one; two further rounds of three are included if none is right. After you choose, the world is painted inside that picture. Further repaints after the included rounds are offered at a price we will tell you before painting.

Refunds

If we cannot paint your world, you are refunded in full without having to ask. Because every world is a custom piece, there are no refunds for taste once the world has been delivered or once you have chosen a first picture.

Your words and photos

You must have the right to use what you send us. We do not paint real people other than those in a photo you own, brands, or characters from films and games. We may decline an order we are not comfortable painting; it is then refunded in full.

Your world

You may view, share and display your world privately and publicly, including on screens in your home or business. We keep the right to show worlds in our own gallery unless you ask us not to. The underlying tools and styles remain ours.

Delivery

First pictures are usually ready within a day of payment, and the world within a day of your choice. Times are estimates, not promises; if we are late we will tell you.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; any taxes due are shown at checkout.
